Using the Scheduler in WiscCal:
This function allows you to schedule meetings, by displaying the schedules of multiple WiscCal users in a grid.
- To view the schedules of other users or groups, start by clicking on the following icon in WiscCal:

- Add the schedules of individuals or existing groups by
selecting either people or groups from the drop-down menu next to
search for.
- After selecting the search for option you'd like to use, type
in the name of the user or group in the user information field, and
click find.
- If an individual's schedule is in the grid, but you'd like to
remove them, uncheck the box found next to their name in the grid, and
click the refresh button. Note: this is not the browser's refresh button, but is found near to the date fields.
- To remove an individual's name from the grid, deselect the box next to their name in the grid, and click remove unselected.
- To change the times or dates for which you'd like to view the
individual's or group members' schedules, and click the refresh button.
Note: this is not the browser's refresh button, but is found near to the date fields.
- To create a meeting, first verify that the meeting time, date and
duration fields are correct, and then click create meeting.
- You will be taken to a new meeting page, where you can add
pertinent information, like location, title, details, notification, etc.
- The information you selected in scheduler (users or groups,
start time, duration, and date will automatically carry over to the new
meeting page).
