Editing Access Rights for Other WiscCal Users:
This function allows you to control other WiscCal users' abilities to view the contents of your WiscCal schedule.
- To edit access rights for WiscCal users, start by clicking on the following icon in WiscCal:

- Enter the name of the WiscCal user who's access rights you would like to edit into the user information field and click find
- Select that person's name once it appears in the box below the user information field
- Click on the edit access rights button
- Default settings are already selected if you've never edited this person's access rights.
- Click on the customize button to change settings.
- The two types of rights you can modify are labeled viewing and designate.
- Note: You must give a user a Modify rights for at least one type of entry for designate rights to function.
- Once you are done editing an individual WiscCal user's access rights, click on the done button.
- Once you are finished editing all access rights, click done.
