Fagerstrom Test for Nicotine Dependence (FND)

The Fagerstrom Test for Nicotine Dependence (FND) is a six-item revision of the Fagerstrom Tolerance Questionnaire. The FND retains six of the original eight questions on the FTQ, with revised scoring for two of the items.
