Point Allocation for Grades
- 200 points (50%): Final exam composed of short essays on selected topics that were covered in the class and
readings. Samples will be provided before exam.
- 80 points (20%):
Response/Position papers (graded as: 0, Poor, Good, Excellent)
- 80 points (20%):
Project papers (0, Poor, Good, Excellent). Projects will include at least: "Fast"
journal entry, Habitual/Addictive
behavior change journal (one entry per week for 8 weeks), AA meeting
synopsis
- 40 points (10%):
Class participation (1 point per class for participating in class discussion. Max = 1 point per day, 20 points total)
