Yes. Only our lab staff have access have access to our recruiting list, and all information on that list is considered confidential. We are looking for a wide variety of types of people to participate in our studies, and the information you provide us is only used to help us select participants for our different kinds of studies.

How will I be contacted?
It is most likely that you will be contacted via telephone. Once we have selected someone from our list, we usually call them to see if they are eligible to participate, and then try to schedule a session time.

Will my information be given to any third parties?
No. The information you provide us is used for our lab's research participation purposes only. We will never give your information out to any third party. You won't get spam from us. Feel free to give us a call and let us know. The phone number for the lab is (608) 262-5621.

What is it like to participate in one of your studies?
The experience varies depending on the type of study you are called to participate in. Most all of our studies take somewhere between 1 to 5 hours to complete, and we compensate for participation at the rate of $10/hour OR psychology extra credit if you are a psych student. Feedback from past participants tells us that most people enjoy the experience of participating in our studies.

What if I am still uncomfortable sending info via internet?
If that is the case, just call (608.262.5621), ask for Teague, and express your interest in participating in one of our studies.
